ZORN INSTRUMENTS manufactures both series production components in small and large quantities as well as one-off prototypes using highly precise CNC lathes. We work with different materials from aluminium to plastic and manufacture turned CNC parts of any complexity.

Tolerance: The standard machining tolerance of most CNC lathes is from 0.02 to 0.1 mm. The machining tolerances can be adapted to the needs of the customer if necessary.
CNC turning?
CNC turning is a computer-aided manufacturing technology that manufactures components by rotating a solid workpiece while fixed cutting tools remove material from this workpiece and change it into its final form. All processes here are automatic as per the CAD models uploaded to the CNC lathe.
ZFG - Lightweight Deflectometer
It is already traditional for ZORN INSTRUMENTS to market the Lightweight Deflectometer ZFG in a design with handheld electronics.
The current ZFG 3.0 is even handier, lighter and above all more convenient than its predecessor. Just like its counterpart, the ZFG 3000 GPS, the intuitive prompts on the ZFG 3.0 enable even inexperienced users to undertake and analyse the dynamic plate load test correctly. The device electronics for the ZFG 3.0 are safely protected during the test in the leather pouch provided. Up to 10,000 measurement results can be saved in the ample internal memory and can be transferred safely to your PC using an SD card.
