Mechanical aspects

  • 10 kg loading device with ergonomically optimised ZORN triangular catch handle (calibrated impact force 7.07 kN, Evd measuring range 15–70 MN/m²)
  • 300 mm loading plate incl. acceleration sensor and mounting pin that can be repositioned
  • Maximum ground pressure 0.1 MN/m²
  • Testing depth max. 600 mm
  • CBR Ready function (acceleration sensor and mounting pin can be used for the dynamic CBR test or a 150 mm loading plate)
  • All metal parts have high-quality zinc electroplating and in this way are optimally protected against corrosion and everyday wear and tear.

Electronics

  • Multi-lingual, backlit, graphic display (German plus 10 other languages)
  • Easy to understand user prompts with indication of the deformation values during the test and automatic calculation of the results (deformation modulus Evd and s/v ratio) 
  • Graphic depiction of the measurement curves for easier interpretation of the results
  • Internal data memory for up to 10,000 tests plus SD card slot for external data storage 
  • Integrated calibration reminder
  • Integrated function check for the acceleration sensor
  • Text entry as required, e.g. for the improved assignment of the measurement locations, testers, course designations or material 
  • The 15 kg loading device can be used (possible to switch over directly on the deformation measuring device) 
  • SD card reader (incl. adapter accessory for SD to USB 2.0/USB OTG)

Options

  • GPS receiver with position information in the UTM or Gauss-Krueger format co-ordinate system
  • Quality thermal printer for print-outs directly on the construction site

Super-robust aluminium/composite housing with hinged protective lid against dust and spray. External controls for usage with lid closed. Integrated GPS receiver with position information in the UTM or Gauss-Krueger format. Integrated thermal printer for immediately printing out individual measurements including deformation modulus Evd, individual deformation values s1-s3 and average savg, s/v ratio, as well as graphic depiction of the deformation curves. Combined power supply for the measuring electronics and printer from a powerful, rechargeable NiMH battery
